Asia has spent a decade in technology and over half of that time managing technical projects and helping coach devs and analysts on how to become high-performing teams. She understands how and when to apply the best fit methodology to deliver value to your organization.

At this session, you’ll learn about career pathways for agile coaching, the skills needed to be successful and lessons learned by Asia.

When Asia started her journey as a Computer Information Systems major, she was one of only a handful of women in her graduating class and one of two women of color. Asia is now a Manager-level Consultant at CapTech Ventures playing the role of Scrum Master and Agile Coach for two agile teams coaching on iterative delivery, agile scrum concepts, and how to work as a team, continuously improve, and deliver iterative value to the organization.

Beyond the workplace she is a wife, mom, violist and champion for women in tech.
